An $81.4 million renovation will modernize the University of Iowa’s historic campus hub and expand services for today’s students. Plans include a student well-being center, renovated dining spaces with nationally branded food options, improved building navigation, updated meeting rooms and lounges, and an upgraded esports space.

The project shows how the IMU is honoring its 100-year history while updating the building to better support student needs.
