Mark Bullock, Assistant Vice President for Campus Safety at the University of Iowa, has been named to the prestigious International Associate of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 40 Under 40 list for 2024. This award recognizes 40 law enforcement professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate exceptional leadership, dedication, and service to their communities and the law enforcement profession. 

Bullock is celebrated for his exemplary leadership in managing the University of Iowa's Campus Safety organization. Once of his proudest accomplishments is leading the university’s Campus Safety realignment project. His innovative approach and commitment to improving communication have made him a role model for his peers in the profession.
