UI seeks approval to plan for new field hockey facility, Carver-Hawkeye Arena renovation

The University of Iowa is seeking approval from the Iowa Board of Regents to move forward with plans to construct a new field hockey operations building adjacent to Grant Field and to proceed with planning renovations to Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Wendy Moorehead to retire June 1 after 32 years of service

Wendy Moorehead, senior director of strategic communications for Finance & Operations, has announced her plans to retire on June 1 after 32 years of service at the university. Throughout her career, Wendy has made significant contributions to the university, bridging communications and technology and sharing F&O and FM stories widely.
