That experience allowed Dick to work with units across the entire campus gaining knowledge and insight about the great things accomplished here at the University and the issues confronted by units and individuals.  In 2007, Dick transferred to the Organizational Effectiveness department where his main responsibility as an internal consultant have allowed him to assist units and individuals from across the entire campus improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of business processes through the use of the lean process improvement methodology.  In this role he actively partners with constituents to help them look at different ways to examine and solve problems regarding their business processes and work environments.
